Having car trouble sucks. I was frustrated about all the questions being asked about my car ,I had to Walk away from the counter.i was getting ready to leave,the technician came out to my car and talked to me,he looked up my make model and parts using my license plate.

The customer service at this particular advance Auto parts store is top-notch. They helped me find both the oil and filter types I needed for my new truck and kept me up-to-date on all in-store deals prior to check out.
